Shipping & returns

General Information

All orders that have been paid for will enter the fulfilment process and our store will automatically notify you the status of your order in the process. As soon as your order has been shipped you will be notified. All orders placed before 2.00pm (Normal Business Days - Monday to Friday) will normally be shipped for next day delivery by our logistics partner. In addition to the store notification process you will also receive the relevant tracking details for your delivery. Orders are normally shipped with UPS.

To ensure that orders are shipped to the right location please make sure your delivery and email addresses that you enter into the system are correct. This will enable us to ship your order to the correct location and update you about delivery information.

Our Online Guarantee & Returns Policy

At Telematicus we only work directly with trusted partners and we like to offer you complete peace of mind when purchasing goods from us.

In accordance with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods we have provided you, we offer a 14 day period where you are entitled to a complete money back guarantee or an exchange of item, providing the goods are returned to us with the original packaging and that they are in the same condition as received by you. Any discount applied as a result of using a discount code will not be refunded if goods are returned.

For the money back guarantee to be applied then you must follow the returns process below

Wrong Goods

If for some reason we have shipped the wrong goods, then please notify us and we will refund your money or immediately arrange for the correct goods to be shipped. In these circumstances you must follow the returns process below and you will be advised how to proceed.

Faulty Goods

Should you feel that you have received faulty goods, we will once again refund your money or offer you an alternative product upon inspection of the goods. We reserve the right to seek the opinion of the manufacturer if it isn’t a Telematicus manufactured good. Completion of the returns online form does not guarantee qualification for return. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or everyday wear and tear. For faulty goods please follow the returns process below

Returns process

The online returns process can be accessed as follows:

  • Go to "My account" at the top of the store
  • Go to "My orders" listed on the LHS of the screen
  • Identify the Order you want to return
  • Along the top of the order on the RHS there is "Return Item" in red
  • Click on "Return Item"
  • Complete the reason for return using the dropdown menu
  • In "Notes" please outline why the item is being returned, any relevant photos and highlight if you require a refund rather than a replacement item.
  • Check all the details provided are correct and press "Submit"

An automated email will confirm that your request to return items has been submitted, as your request is processed then you will be updated via email. You can also check the status of your request in "My account". Once your return request has been "approved" you will be notified, and you will be provided with the return shipping details.

Please make sure that the goods are packaged in their original packaging and in accordance with any additional instructions provided in the return shipping details.
